 Dr Adrian Whittington is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Programme
Director. He is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist specialising in CBT
for working age adult outpatients.
Adrian trained as a Clinical Psychologist at Salomons, completing the
Doctorate in 1997. He went on to work initially with people with
Learning Disabilities, then working age adult outpatients in NHS
settings and private practice. Adrian has contributed to the training of
Primary Care Mental Health workers in the use of Cognitive and
Behavioural approaches. He has led on designing the forthcoming Masters
programme "Psychological Therapies: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy" and
other short courses in Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy approaches.
