The National Statement of Equivalence Summer and Winter schools

The SoE Summer School has been an annual event for SoE candidates. The aim of the Summer School is to assist with completing the academic requirements of the SoE and to provide learning experiences to equip delegates to work as Clinical Psychologists in the NHS. In 2008, it is likely to be tailored to the needs of SoE candidates from outside the EEA. In 2008 (1st February), we also plan to be involved with an innovative winter school, specifically directed towards the needs EEA psychologists.  Both these schools are open to SoE candidates based anywhere in the UK, at any stage in the process.  The venue for the events is planned for the BPS headquarters in London. Further details are available from the administrator of the Board of Assessors at the BPS. Salomons aims to pay for candidates who have not yet joined the Programme but who work for NHS Trusts in our catchment area to attend the summer and winter schools.
